Well first off let me just say that by no means do I know half about whats going on with the election that I should as an American citizen, especially one that registered to vote. However, I think its vital that someone who is not only "typical" in american terms, but who is also gay speak their mind. Its crazy that many other gay and lesbians are willing to vote to John McCain simply because they think Barack has a terrorist sounding name, or because he is black. I think that everyone should realize one fundamental thing. You are gay! That means by nature you should be a democrat. Why you ask, well because republicans are the old blood who want nothing to do with change. That means if slavery still existed then half of the slave owners if not most would have been republicans. Why would they be reubplicans, because they didnt want to change from the way that "wasnt broken". its crazy... SO if your gay you need to be democrat because they are willing to legalize gay marriage in the united states, or at least recognize it..not to mention they are at least open minded enough to want to bring the "war on iraq" to an end..becuase lets face it, we have killed half the damn country and we own it now...lets just move on and try to stabilize the economy! But anywho, thats it...i just wanted to rant about it for a few.
